Public Computers

Sara Hightower Regional Library System currently offers patrons access to Internet-connected computers. All computers operate using the Google Chrome system. Microsoft and Google Docs are available online. Access email, surf the web, or fill out job applications. You can access public computers at SHRLS branches with a current library card or guest pass. Public computers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

SHRLS is pleased to offer wireless Internet access to our patrons. Simply bring your wireless-enabled laptop computer or other device to the library, turn it on and go.

All library branches offer educational computers for children. These computers offer a safe, standalone computer not connected to the Internet, that is age-appropriate, engaging, and academically relevant. They are designed to support school readiness and technology access while making learning exciting and engaging.
