Book vs. Movie

Teens are invited to participate in an educational and entertaining Book vs. Movie program!

Each month a different title will be chosen to read on an individual basis and then gather at the library to watch the film version of the book. After the movie ends participants will discuss the similarities and differences between the book and the movie.

The November title is “The Secret Life of Bees” and the movie portion will take place on Saturday, November 19th at 5:00 pm. This film is rated PG-13 and may not be suitable for younger viewers.

The December title is “A Christmas Carol” and the movie portion will take place on Friday, December 16th at 5 pm. This film is rated G.
