The Rome-Floyd  County Library is excited to host Dr. Pamela Obi on Friday, February 17th, 2023.

Dr. Obi will be reading her new book Moo and Bark that promotes friendship, family, and inclusiveness. This book is written for ages 0-5 but children of all ages are invited to attend this special storytime program.
