Rome-Floyd County Friends Showcase

The Friends of the Library are offering another Silent Auction!

From now until 4pm on Saturday, April 27, stop by the Rome-Floyd County Library to bid.

To celebrate spring, the current auction focuses on the beauty and wonders of the natural world and the great outdoors--from backyard sustainability and animal husbandry, to outdoor survival, to camping and hiking and outdoor adventures along the Appalachian Trail. Two showcases are devoted to the history of Rome and Floyd County, as well as local educational institutions like Berry College. This is the perfect opportunity to pick up classic volumes filled with local interest and significance. Many of these books have multiple copies, allowing for multiple winners!

All Silent Auction items are donations from our community or library discards.
